トーストマスターズとは
スピーチやプレゼンテーション、フィードバックなどの話し方や、リーダーシップスキルを楽しみながら学習できる、国際的な非営利教育団体です。1924年にアメリカで設立されて以来、全世界に広がり、現在、約140か国で16,400クラブが活動しています。
仲間と一緒にスピーチしたり、フィードバックすることを通じて、人前で話すことが苦手だった人が見違えるように堂々と話せるようになったり、英語で話すことにも自信を持てるようになる、そんなクラブです。
話す力を高めることで、仕事にも普段の人間関係にもいい影響が出てきます。企業の中でも会社内にトーストマスターズクラブを設立して社員教育に活用しているところも多くあります。
海外にも多くのクラブがあるので、海外クラブとの交流もできます。
What is Toastmasters Club?
